Intake & coordination
Bring the questionnaire, deadline, format, owners, and submission requirements into one agreed plan.
Managed Security Questionnaire Response
A service-first engagement for the work around a customer security review. We coordinate the response; your team owns and approves its representations.
Scope a reviewCore service
The whole response workflow, and it is operational work: keeping sources, drafts, decisions, and people connected from intake through handoff.
Bring the questionnaire, deadline, format, owners, and submission requirements into one agreed plan.
Organize approved materials and prepare responses that stay within what those sources establish.
Group missing information by owner. Route technical, legal, privacy, or compliance judgment to the appropriate specialist.
Prepare the response for client sign-off, then coordinate submission steps and clarification within the agreed scope.
One-time setup
Build a reusable foundation for your next security review. A defined engagement that leaves your team with approved wording and organized evidence to start from.
Signed-off wording kept with its source, scope, and caveats, so the next review starts from material your team has already reviewed and approved.
An index linking each answer to the document that supports it, with missing or outdated material made visible rather than assumed.
For the questions that need client input, a named person on your side who can settle them—agreed in advance, not chased mid-review.
Agreed dates to revisit the library and a handoff process, so the information stays current after the engagement ends.
A prepared starting point, not a guarantee that any future questionnaire is already covered. Buyers ask different questions, and new ones still need evidence, an owner, and your approval. Assureform Ready is not a certification and does not assess your security posture.
Discuss your setupAssureform is not a penetration-testing firm, SOC 2 auditor, certification body, or law firm. We do not guarantee compliance, buyer approval, or a closed sale. Unsupported answers are escalated, never invented.
A planned review assistant to help your team spot unsupported security claims, conflicting answers, and wording that goes beyond your approved evidence—before you send a response.
Check would compare a draft answer against the sources your team has already approved, then flag anything the evidence does not support so a person can decide what to do. Every flag is a prompt for human review.
It would not certify compliance, assess your security posture, or replace expert judgment. It is not available to buy, and there is no release date.
This opens a draft in your email app; nothing is sent automatically and no waitlist place is reserved.
Draft answer
All customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit across every environment, including backups.
Client-approved source
Customer data stored in production databases is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
Encryption Policy · Section 6.1
The policy covers production databases and data in transit. It does not establish encryption of backups, or of environments outside production. Raised for a person on your team to resolve—Check would not rewrite the answer, approve it, or send it.
Limited pilot engagements
A limited pilot is scoped around the request in hand, the deadline, and the materials your team can share.
